Terms & Conditions:

RM International Logistics Company clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement. This includes clarity on the scope of work, liability for damages, cancellation policies, and dispute resolution procedures. We guarantee the safe transportation of goods within agreed parameters. At the same time, clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access as required. Our terms specify the circumstances under which additional charges may apply, and outline client rights in the event of delays or unforeseen events. Full details are provided before service commencement, ensuring a mutual understanding and compliance with legal requirements throughout our working relationship.

Payment Policy:

Our payment policy is designed for transparency and convenience. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, 40 to 50 percent to pay, with the balance due upon completion of the move. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and certified checks. Any additional changes to the original agreement will be communicated and invoiced accordingly. Our goal is to make the payment process straightforward, secure, and fair for every customer we serve.
